Valencia Street and Linda Vista Drive: Street, Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements Project

Project Information:

• Construction work for this project is around 85% completed. The major improvements that have occurred so far include upgrades to the sidewalks and sewer main on Linda Vista and Valencia along with street reconstruction on Linda Vista. Street work on Valencia will resume once the weather and temperature permits. This project will tentatively be completed by the end of May 2024. This project is located within the southeast section of the City.

Work Completed as of January 2024:

• New Standard Sidewalk

• New Storm Drain System on Linda Vista Drive (West) and Part of Valenica Avenue

• Installment of Drain Inlets on Linda Vista Drive and Valencia Avenue

• New Asphalt Installation on Linda Vista Drive

• Installation of Conduits for New Street Lights
